Row 400 meters
Max reps Pullups
Row 400 meters
Max reps burpees
Row 400 meters
Max reps KB swings
Row 400 meters
Max reps wallball

One team member will row while other team member performs max reps of exercise. Once 400 meter row is completed the team members will switch and record their number of reps.
