50# 1 arm dumb bell push-press, 6x

Then, work up to 1 RM 1 arm power clean

Afternoon:
Work up to 1 RM 1 arm deadlift

Then, work up to 1 Rm 1 arm clean and jerk

Then, knee snatch skill work
